2 violin makers (m/f), full- or part-time

Your assignment will be to perform all of the tasks involved in setting up and restoring old stringed instruments. Working from our stately Munich workshop you will set up and restore our broad palette of old stringed instruments, returning each one to the appropriate quality and making it ready to play. We offer an appealing workplace, a friendly atelier with modern equipment, a variety of different activities, much work, and attractive skill- and performance-based remuneration. In working at Corilon, you will perform a technical approach and the ideal approaches to the art of a luthier, and you will be instructed in precise and aesthetic methods. We expect you to have acquired solid knowledge of the fundamentals in the course of your training as well as a sense of artistic beauty. We have high standards in terms of the quality and precision of the tasks you can learn at our workshop. Qualified applicants should have the following:


  • Successfully completed training as a luthier,

  • Speak and understand English or German,

  • A passionate interest in historic instruments,

  • The ability to distinguish yourself with an expedient approach,

  • Enthusiasm about working competently, efficiently, creatively and independently

    Deux luthiers-ères et un-e maître-sse luthier-ère (temps plein ou temps partiel) - Munich

    Dans nos locaux ensoleillés situés en plein centre de la ville populaire de Munich, vous effectuez tous les travaux afin de remettre en état notre assortiment amplement varié d’anciens instruments à corde et de les restaurer à chaque fois en qualité appropriée et de les rendre prêts à jouer. Ce qui vous attend c’est un poste de travail charmant, un atelier entièrement équipé et moderne, une équipe sympathique, une activité variée, et une rémunération supérieure à la moyenne et adaptée à vos performances pour votre bonne collaboration. Vous aurez chez nous l’occasion de découvrir un travail rigoureux et des méthodes optimisées, ainsi que d’être instruit à des travaux précis à caractère artistique. Nous attendrions de vous la maîtrise de vos outils et des techniques de travail fondamentales que vous avez acquise lors de votre formation.   • être diplômé d‘une formation de luthier-ère,

  • Parler et comprendre l’allemand ou l’anglais,

  • vous distinguer par un style de travail ciblé, précis et exact,

  • pouvoir travailler de façon créative et enthousiaste.

    Tutti i lavori richiesti per rinnovare il nostro ampio assortimento di strumenti ad arco antichi, restaurarli in maniera adeguata in base ai rispettivi standard di qualità e renderli pronti all’uso, verranno svolti presso i nostri laboratori particolarmente luminosi situati in posizione centrale nella popolarissima Monaco di Baviera. Vi aspetteranno un posto di lavoro molto affascinante, un’officina moderna completamente attrezzata, un team particolarmente cordiale, un’attività di lavoro molto varia ed una retribuzione per la Vostra collaborazione decisamente superiore alla media e commisurata alle prestazioni professionali richieste.   • sapersi distinguere con uno stile di lavoro mirato, preciso e incentrato sulla cura del dettaglio,

  • saper svolgere il proprio lavoro con gioia e creatività.
