Fine German master violin bow from the hand of an unknown German master, probably in Markneukirchen. This violin bow was made in the early 20th century, based on the French model by Voirin. A special feature is the strong bow stick, which is characterized by its elasticity and flexibility, while having good strength and weight. The wood is dark brown pernambuco of the finest quality, the ebony frog is real silver mounted with mother of pearl eye. This master violin bow, ready to play, has its balance point quite central and produces a large, warm sound rich in volume.
