This outstanding violin bow was made around 1900 and is a typical example of Prosper Colas bows in the time of his greatest successes. The round pernambuco stick is firm and of high elasticity, its sensed balance point is in the middle, measured at 25.8 cm of the total length of 73.8 cm.
