This nice 4/4 sized student violin was built in the 1930s and bears the original label of the manufacturer of musical instruments "Musikinstrumentenfabrik Reinhold Cassel". Small and delicate ff-holes determine the appearance of the instrument, that was built after a well-proven Stradivari model and features exceptionally good sound properties. The golden-orange colored varnish underlines the light, friendly character of the violin and especially the beautifully flamed maple of the two-piece back. The violin is preserved in very good condition, with a minor repair to the top near the outer ff-hole wing. The experienced luthiers in our workshop spent time and effort to work over the instrument and made it ready to unfold its bright, clear and brilliant sound powerful and with very good response.
