Modern handmade Markneukirchen violin, by E. Wenzel 1992

This modern handmade German violin from Markneukirchen was crafted by in 1992 and it is a modern violin with a beautifully delicate appearance and a sound, that is indeed quite motivating to play and suitable for advanced players seeking a clear, radiant, brilliant and mature sound. Shining, golden-orange colored varnish decorates the regularly grained spruce of the top of this Guarnerius model and the narrow flamed maple of the two-piece back. Soft flutings, the flat arch, fine inlaid purfling and the distinctive scroll determine the style of the instrument that was typically made in the 20th century Markneukirchen tradition. After a complete workover and setup in our workshop, this good modern Markneukirchen violin is offered undamaged ready to play and convinces with a brilliant, radiant, clear sound of very good strength.
