With its bright sound, sweet in the upper ranges, this antique French violin model Breton from the famous violin making town of Mirecourt is especially recommended for adult musicians who know how to shape and appreciate the sound of the instrument. Built in the 1850s according to a proven model, this very well preserved violin, made in an unknown Mirecourt workshop, is on the one hand a typical and also particularly high quality work from Mirecourt, whose origin can be easily recognized, among other things, by the distinctive style of the interesting, large scroll. The very beautiful transparent varnish is of golden light-brown color; it shows light patina and some signs of age and playing, which are not uncommon for a violin of this age that was obviously played with pleasure. Our luthiers have completely refurbished the violin, which shows no repairs worth mentioning, prepared it ready to play and carefully refinished it. Thus, this violin unfolds its clear tone, which is of sweetness in the upper ranges and good resonance. Like all our instruments inclsuive Corilon's trade-in guarantee, which guarantees a later trade-in at 100% of the purchase price.
