3/4 - oil varnished German 3/4 violin
This good quality 3/4 violin was built in Germany in the 1940ies. It features a beautiful, sophisticated look, a powerful sound and is in near mint condition. The top is made of fine-to medium grained spruce and the two-piece back of mildly flamed maple. The richly applied golden yellow oil varnish with shades of orange intensifies the natural beauty of the well-selected tonewoods. Additionally to its excellent state of preservation, the violin was set up and adjusted by our experienced luthiers and is ready to play. The bright, warm sound is full of character.
