This Albert Nürnberger violin bow has a strong, octagonal stick made of finest quality pernambuco wood of high tension and good elasticity, the color is a delicate orange-brown. The delicate head, unmistakably Albert Nürnberger, shows finest workmanship, the frog is silver mounted with a Parisian eye and a one-piece capsule adjuster. This powerful and perfectly balanced Albert Nürnberger bow feels well balanced in the hand, it measures 74.5 cm and its perceived balance point is well centered. Its measured balance-point is at 25.5 cm from the frog end. This fine Nürnberger bow is a powerful, strong player, a very good bow indeed that produces a rich bright, clear and powerful radiant sound, volume and resonance. The price now includes a certificate by Klaus Grünke.
