3/4 - old 1920's Mittenwald 3/4 violin

An old Mittenwald 3/4 volin with heavy signs from playing. The top is made of medium grained spruce, the two piece back of narrow flamed Mittenwald maple. The tyical varnish is of an orange brown color over a brown-yellow ground. The violin has been well played showing wear and retouches to the varnish. It is set up with a new bridge and soundpost and is in good and immediate playing condition. No repairs are present, the violin has been worked over by our luthiers and is offered ready to play: the sound is bright and warm and not too strong.
