3/4 - warm sounding French violin

This small 3/4 violin is an old French instrument made in Mirecourt in the 1920ies. This violin has a remarkably beautiful and especially good, warm strong and clear sound, "just like a big one". The model follows Stradivarius patterns with medium archings. The bright golden-yellow varnish is rich and shiny with some signs from playing. With a minor repair to the right soundhole, this good 3/4 violin is well preserved. After having been worked over by our luthiers, it is offered ready to play. Her sound of character is warm, strong and open with a mature character - an affordable violin for a young talent.
