3/4 - antique French 3/4 violin, probably by JTL

A rare very classy antique French 3/4 violin, handmade around the year 1900 most probably in the famous Thibouville-Lamy workshops in Mirecourt. This small JTL violin has a shiny orange-brown coloured varnish and a beautifully flamed one-piece back made of French Vosges maple. Some older varnish scratches and mild traces from playing underlines the antique appearance of this beautiful violin, which is preserved substantially in good crackfree condition. Like all instruments from Corilon violins, this French 3/4 violin was carefully worked over by our experienced luthiers and is now in fine condition and ready to play.
