Recommendable 19th century Klingenthal master violin

This ancient master violin featuring a wonderfully resonant, warm, sweet and aged tone was built in Klingenthal early in the 19th century around 1870 by an unknown master following the Johann Gottlob Ficker model (it bears a corresponding model label). A gorgeous piece of history with beautiful archings, traditionally made in the Klingenthal style of the 19th century. The purfling and the meticulously shaped archings and flutings bear witness to the detailed precision of the work. The violin is preserved in very good undamaged condition. Fully worked over and ready to play, this recommendable antique violin has outstanding acoustic properties which honour the solid reputation of historic Klingenthal violins: its warm, sweet voice is colorful and resonant, deep and warm in character.
