Its medium strong, round stick was crafted from light-brown pernambuco wood and features a very well distributed diameter, elasticity that allows a fluid play and a nicely carved head. The ebony frog is nickel mounted and has a golden yellow shimmering mother-of-pearl slide. This JTL Sarasate maitre bow´s balance-point is sensed well centered, slightly inclined towards the upper half of the stick, and measured at 26.8 cm at a total length of 74.4 cm. An excellent French violin bow that has all desired playing qualities and produces a strong, large, warm sound that is full of character.
