Modern violin made in the French style, probably Czech or Hungarian
This modern European violin is a young instrument of around 10-15 years of age, fully handmade by an experienced hand probably in the Czech Republic or Hungary. It is a superor quality piece was made in the French style and features a rich oil varnish with strong craqellation, blackened corners and an elegant, blackened scroll thatg is as elegant as the cornerwork. The tonewoods and materials are of good quality. The top is made of medium grained spruce, the two piece back of broady flamed European maple. This modern handmade violin shows master quality indeed, the undamaged instrument has been luthier-checked in our workshop and meticulously set up. It is now in fine and immediate playing condition. The sound is dark, precise, and silvery in character.
