With its warm, bright sound this German 1/2 violin by Roderich Paesold is a particularly lovely instrument; violins of this beautiful tonal quality are difficult to find in this size. The glossy orange-brown varnish on a golden-yellow background charmingly enhances the beauty of the tone woods. This good Paesold violin represents the tradition of good Saxonian hand-crafted work and was made in Bubenreuth in 1990. Its sound is of good strength and has a warm yet bright character that is well-balanced across all of the strings. We offer this Paesold violin as a set with a case and a good German 1/2 sized bow.
