Old French 3/4 sized violin, after Stradivari

This French 3/4 sized violin is a nice and delicate instrument with an elegant appearance, that was built approx. 1940 in the traditional violin making town Mirecourt. Undamaged but with strong signs from playing, this 3/4 violin is preserved in good condition as a good example for the constant hight quality of these instruments, that can be seen at the glossy, bright varnish of orange-brown color, the quality of the tonewoods and the finely crafted purfling. The instrument was completely worked over in our workshop and is ready to play. Its bright, lovely sound is warm and with a sweet note - a voice that will give great pleasure in practicing.
