Mittenwald master violin by Anton Karner

An excellent sounding Mittenwald violin by Anton Karner. Master maker Anton Karner is a contemporary Mittenwald maker working at his own ateliers in Mittenwald. Karner is also teacher at the Mittenwald school of violin making. This violin was made by Anton Karner in 1989. The two piece top is made of medium to fine grained spruce, the highly flamed two piece back of quality Mittenwald maple. The violin has been played and is in perfect undamaged condition. It's bright open sound is clear and warm, of excellent strength and with beautiful sustain on the higher strings. Comes with an appraisal for € 2.500 by master maker Anton Sprenger (Mittenwald). Special recommendation!
