An especially beautiful antique original Ackermann & Lesser violin made in 1900. The violin is originally labelled and dated 6.8.1900. The rare and original art nouveau pegs and tailpiece with flower inlays are fully preserved. The violin is modelled after the broad Stradivarius model with charakteristically pointed corners. The soft varnish is an oil varnish of a light brown and dark-red color, not without wear and signs of use and nicely patinated. The violin is completely undamaged in perfect condition. The warm sound has a mellow charakter with beautiful sweetness in the higher ranges. Comes with a certificate of value for €2.500 by master maker Anton Sprenger Mittenwald.
