French 3/4 violin - a rare 3/4-sized stringed instrument of superior sound quality at the size that was built approx. 1910, presumably in the Laberte workshop famous violin making town of Mirecourt. Only very few violins especially of this size meet comparable sound standards. The delicate tonewoods, a well-crafted scroll, the small soundholes and the amazing, flamed maple back with beautifully worked out archings are full of character. In exceptionally well-preserved crackfree condition this violin reveals its age only through very few traces of use and the delicate patina, that determines its noble, antique appearance. We warmly recommend the strong, mature, ringing sound of this special children‘s violin, that is full of character, suitable for a solistic play. After having been meticulously worked over in our atelier the violin is offered in perfect condition, ready to play.
