Postage and delivery cost
Safely shipping precious stringed instruments worldwide is our everday business. This is why Corilon violins assumes full liability for damages and losses that occur during transport on the way to you. Below you will find the flat rates we charge for safe packaging and shipping and handling of stringed instruments. We ship with UPS Express (Gwermany and Europe) and Deutsche Post/DHL premium (international). Express shipping rates are quoted in the checkout as well.

Payment options
The classic payment method in high value purchases is bank transfer payment in advance, a payment method which we happy to provide before delivery. You can enjoy the convenience of paying online by credit card (up to 20,000 maximum) or PayPal that is integrated into our order form. For higher amounts > 20,000 we accept bank transfers only for security reason. We are happy to offer you the possibility to pay upon collection in our business premises in Munich, Germany.
Transaction fees
Payment by PayPal or card unfortunately will attract a surcharge that we are unable to cover in order to keep our low price levels. The transaction fee charged by PayPal or card issuer varies between 3.8% (Europe and North America) and over 5% (China and Asia as well as American Express cards). Please have in mind that a transaction charge applies to all card payments online and in our store. The most common form of payment for higher transaction sums is bank transfer, and we also offer a cash on delivery option for orders from within Germany.
