This W.E. Dörfler viola bow is an easy-to-play, medium-strong and pleasantly fault-tolerant viola bow in a tastefully restrained silver finish. Its good tension and reactive behavior recommend it for a wide range of different instruments.

The octagonal stick was made in the renowned Dörfler workshops in Bubenreuth from light brown pernambuco of the highest quality. Its central center of gravity ensures a pleasant distribution of the weight of this good German viola bow, which is in itself extremely comfortable. A silver-mounted ebony frog with Parisian eye and a three-piece silver leg underline the noble character of the bow, which we deliver immediately ready to play, checked and tested in our workshop. Its warm, clear tone perfectly supports the tonal profile of most violas and allows advanced violists and professional musicians to realize their tonal ideas.
