Powerful and active violin bow with very good sound characteristics. The violin bow was made in Markneukirchen around 1960. It is well handcrafted from the best quality pernambuco wood, which was worked into a strong stick with an octagonal cross-section. The ebony frog is nickel silver mounted, with mother-of-pearl eye, thrust and the three-part leg. With a total weight of 59.8 g, the perceived balance point is in the upper third. With its bright and radiant sound, this active German violin bow is a great motivation for daily practicing and its radiant tone goes very well with muffled or dull sounding violins.
