Antique master violin with fabulous sound characteristics in the price range - a French masterpiece that was made around 1800 by a hand unknown to us, probably in Mirecourt. A richly patinated varnish covers the exceptionally beautiful antique tonewoods: regular spruce, from which the top was crafted, and mildly flamed maple, from which the two-piece back, ribs and scroll were crafted. Patina and a shafted scroll indicate the violin's great age. In very good condition we offer this professional violin to a thorough inspection of our violin making workshop ready to play with an appraisal of 70.000 Fr. Thus, this professional master violin unfolds its great, warm and radiant sound - singing in the trebles.
