Antique violin from Germany, Markneukirchen

This old German violin from Markneukirchen s a well crafted example of the popular Da Salo of Brescia violin model, that was built in approximately 1920. The medium grained spruce of the top and the flamed maple of the two-piece back - which s decorated with rare ornates - are quality tonewoods, that are covered by transparent orange-brown varnish. The flat archings are the clear work of an experienced violin maker, who created a beautiful and unique instrument that is well-preserved and features a strong, clear, bright sound. Despite many varnish marks, this old violin is undamaged and was worked over carefully by our expert luthiers. We offer it like all Corilon instruments in immediate playing condition and recommend it for its powerful, warm, that is rich in overtones, strong and resonant especially in the upper ranges. Free shipping with a 30-day return policy and Corilon's trade-in guarantee.
