We are offering a Hermann Dölling jun. violin in top condition, a flat model with medium to high arching, made of carefully selected materials. The medium grained spruce of the top and the nicely flamed maple of the two-piece back are first choice tonewoods. The transparent red-brown varnish was applied over a golden-yellow ground; it shows most minor traces from playing. This Hermann Dölling jun. violin has been carefully set up by our experienced luthiers and is in crackfree condition, ready to play, with a bright voice full of character, bright and open, precise and strong, with some soft aspects in the lower registers.
