This very good 3/4 children's violin is a quite recommendable 3/4 violin from Markneukirchen, made by August Dürrschmidt in the classical violin making region in Saxony and Bohemia. This well-played 3/4 violin was built approx. 1920 and features an exceptionally strong soloist sound - mature, clear, brilliant, rich in overtones. The top was made of beautiful, medium grained spruce covered with a transparent golden-brown varnish that determines the appearance of the violin. The two piece back is made of flamed maple. The 3/4 violin was built after a Stradivarius model. It is a  small-sized violin with many traces from playing and full of power, that features an outstanding bright, warm, resonant and precise sound. Our professional luthiers completely worked over this 3/4 violin, a highly recommendable partner for advanced young player with a loud playing style.
