Otto Adlers works unite all features of an artists violin bow: liquid play, good balance and a fine strong tone. Reddish brown pernambuco wood, white mother of pearl and fine quality dark ebony - these premium materials were combined with Adlers profound and perfectionated craftsmanship. The fine quality ebony from with a beautiful Parisian eye and a framed white pearl slide. The stick is octagonal and of medium strength, high elasticity, it is tense and of good stiffness. The felt balance-point is centered, slightly shifted towards the head. The measured balance-point is at 27,0 cm from the frog end. This fine bow plays excellent and produces a powerful, huge and matured sound. Note that Otto Adler bows are very much sought after by musicians worldwide.
