French violin of the brand "Nicolas Mansuy" from the studio of Jean-Jacques Pages

This contemporary French violin was handmade in 2000 in the traditional luthier village Mirecourt in Lorraine, in the workshop of Jean-Jacques Pages. It bears a Nicolas Mansuy trademark label. Beautiful tonewoods of best quality were used to build this instrument: The ribs are mildly flamed, the two piece maple back features especially beautiful gently flowing flames.
