Quality student cello

This quality student cello was built approx. 2000 by an unknown hand in Eastern Europe. With straightforward standards of craftsmanship, it features a nice appearance and offers good sound properties. The grain of the two-piece spruce top and of the back that was made of sycamore maple has some interesting irregularities, and the thoroughly crafted scroll is a nice detail. Some resin pockets are quite common for an instrument of this price range, and aside from these minor flaws this cello is preserved in good condition and was completely worked over in our atelier. Ready to play, it features a well-balanced and warm, rounded sound with somewhat mellow character and offers great joy in daily practising.
