Business hours: visits and instruments trials
## Since the Corona crisis and the opening of our workshop in Cremona, instrument trials in Munich are currently only possible in exceptional cases due to a lack of staff, only by appointment and without in-depth consultation for a maximum of one hour. Visitors should be able to tune and select themselves. In Cremona, you can only try out CV Selectio, as our instruments are sold and shipped from Munich. Please take advantage of our email consulktation service, the free shipping option and order online.
Violins, violas, cellos and bows selected on site are excluded from the offer of free shipping at our risk. If you do not wish to purchase the instrument on site, shipping will be at your expense and risk. ##
You will find Corilon violins in city centre of Munich in Germany near Gasteig Philharmonie. Please contact us in time to arrange a personal appointment for your visit so we can have the instruments ready you are interested in. You can send us an email to let us know about your preferences. Due to external storage of our stock instruments, spontaneous visits are unfortunately not possible.
- Instrument trials at Corilon Munich: Appointments are possible between 10:00 am and 17:00 am, Monday through Friday by timely appointment. Please contact us to make appointments by phone or email so that we can arrange opportunities to play and buy selected instruments. Our online catalogue provides thorough information about each fine stringed instrument, including a detailed portrait and a professionally recorded audio clip. This allows you to find the best violin, violas, cello and violin bow for your needs online without even leaving your home.
- Instrument trials at Corilon Cremona: Visits are possible by prior appointment, in Cremona, Monday to Friday between 3 pm and 4 pm. Please make an appointment with us in good time by telephone (Italy 327 844 5119) or e-mail, as the majority of our instruments are stored in Munich.
- Payment options: German debit cards, advance bank tranfer payments and cash are generally accepted free of charge. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% card third-party transaction fee, Please note that we reserve the right to refuse certain cards in individual cases due to fraud attempts with foreign credit cards. It is not possible to take instruments home without prior payment.
- Repair estimates: Please contact us for service prices or an estimate if you are interested in receiving quality work and service for your instrument (repair services are performed by Corilon violins S.R.L., Cremona). Please also have a look at our instructions about safely shipping a violin to us if you are sending your instrument in from abroad.
