Fine Swiss cello bow by Siegfried Finkel, Brienz

This elegant silver mounted cello bow by Siegfried Finkel is a fine masterpiece from Switzerland: it was created with the greatest care and artisanal perfection and is a prime example of the long bow-making tradition of the Finkel family. The head of the strong octagonal stick, equipped with a silver head plate, the octgaonal stick made of the light brown pernambuco, are well-shaped and elegant, as is the genuine silver mounted ebony frog. At a total length (including the button) of 71.4 cm, this fine cello bow weighs 80.2 g. Its balance point is at 25.4 cm and is perceived as being perfectly balanced. This silver mounted Siegfried Finkel cello bow is in excellent condition. It is ready to play and will perfectly meet the musical and aesthetic expectations of demanding cellists.
