Recommendable Czech viola, made in the Italian style

This unlabeled late 20th century Czech viola is piece of unmistakeable individuality, that was crafted in the Italian style. The soundholes and the elegant purfling are tastefully executed and examples of quality craftsmanship; the small, expressive scroll is an elegant work full of character. Richly applied oil varnish, of a beautiful, orange-brown color covers the well selected tonewoods. Our luthier thoroughly worked over and set up this undamaged Czech viola, so we can offer it in perfect condition and immediately ready to play. We recommend its warm, precise sound, that is quite responsive and well-balanced, with a bright character and beautiful resonance.
