3/4 - antique French Breton 3/4 violin, Mirecourt

This recommendable antique French 3/4 violin from the French violin making town Mirecourt has a warm, resonant tone and is an extraordinarily beautiful instrument for highly talented children. This French premium instrument bears a model label "Breton", and is an unmistakably French instrument, with shining varnish of golden-orange color with beautiful patination, that underlines the beauty of the mildly flamed two piece maple back. The fine purfling is a reference for good craftsmanship. This amazing French 3/4 violin was completely worked over by our luthiers and is - with a minor repair at the left soundhole - in very good condtion; very suitable for enthusiastic young musicians, who will love its excellent unique sound, that is mature, large, resonant full of character and warm, with a mellow undertone in the lower ranges.
