The original label and a signature in the inside of the body confirm its provenance: it is a 1994 instrument from the atelier of Kenneth Grimley in Southport-Ainsdale. We received the instrument in prime condition, and our luthiers worked it over thoroughly and have made it ready to play. This cello is an excellent partner to demanding musicians, a flexible instrument with a rapid response and a bright voice full of overtones.
