This strong French violin bow was built in the Ary France workshop in approx. 1980 in Mirecourt and is a typically strong modern French bow, that produces an excellent clear, bright, radiant sound. The strong, round stick features high strength with useful medium elasticity and high stability that allows good pressure at play. This good Ary violin bow measures 74.3 cm including the adjuster, with the balance point at 25.8 cm, that is sensed well-centered, slightly shifted towards the lower half of the bow stick. A nickel mounted ebony frog with the original "ARY FRANCE" stampe and a Parisian eye is a very suitable setup for this quality French violin bow, that is is offered undamaged in fine condition, with new hair etc., ready to play.
