Excellent old German violin bow. High bounce, highly active

This fine quality and very handy Markneukirchen violin bow is a fine quality piece that was made in the 1930ies. It features high bounce and measures 74.5 cm from head to frog end. The round stick is made of lightweight red-brown pernambuco wood. The stick combines tension, beautiful elasticity and activity and works actively yet handy and active and plays fluidly. The head is worked out in a typically Markneukirchen style. The delicate ebony frog is silver mounted and adorned with a Pearl eye and a pearly slide. This very active Markneukirchen violin bow is accurately, if not perfectly balanced, the felt balance-point is centered with a tendency...
