The tough yet elastic pernambuco stick provides a convenient tension to the bow. With a weight of 62,7 g the violin bow is handy and facile to play. Its measured balance-point is at 26,0 cm from the frog end, while its felt balance-point is centered, slightly tending towards the head. The nickel mounted ebony frog with a beautiful Parisian eye. Silver winding, hair and leather are new. This old violin bow is perfectly preserved and in excellent condition. This bow produces a strong, bright sweetish sound.
