With its radiant, strong sound, this violin dating from 1982 is a very good, affordable instrument for soloists. It was made by master violin maker Erich Werner in the Franconian town of Bubenreuth and features premium woods. Fine- to moderately-grained spruce and deeply flamed maple were meticulously crafted by the hand of a master and varnished in a typically orange-brown against a golden-yellow. After having been worked over by the luthiers in our workshop, we are offering this modern Bubenreuth violin in perfect, flawless condition. It is a superb instrument for demanding musicians at the price: rich in overtones with a powerful voice that is open and resonant.
