The well-proven violin model of Stradivari is a traditional pattern in the violin making region of Saxony and Western Bohemia, where this antique violin was built approx. 1920. Yet without a corresponding label inside the body this the antique violin is an unmistakable Saxon-Bohemian violin, with characteristical high archings as the most eyecatching features of his model. Tastefully applied antique touches determine the antique appearance of the golden-brown colored and very transparent varnish. The unknown violin maker demonstrates his flawless skills with the self-confident design of the small and elegant violin scroll that is full of character. This antique German violin was thoroughly worked over by our expert luthiers; we offer it in ready to play condition and recommend its bright and clear sound that is rich in overtones.
