From the traditional Schuster & Co. company comes this old German violin, which was built in 1916 and has the dated label of the renowned Markneukirchen manufacturer of musical instruments. Following individual patterns, the instrument has the beautifully shaped corners, which are typical for the Markneukirchen tradition of violin making. Its light-brown varnish over a light ground is responsible for the interesting antique appearance of the violin. With some signs from playing we are able to offer this instrument at a competitive price. It was completely and thorougly worked over in our workshop, including a new boxwood setup; pegs, bridge and soundpost have been replaced. With the new Pirastro strings the sound unfolds perfectly, suitable even for advanced players: strong and beautiful, bright, clear, but with depth and mature.
