Czech violin, by Josef Oplustil Marienbad

This powerful violin suitable for soloist use was made by Josef Oplustil in Marienbad in Bohemia in approximately 1930 and it bears the Oplustil label. The slightly porous varnish is a spirit varnish that shows of an intensely shining bright golden orange brown color.
