This modern Markneukirchen master violin is a handmade and self-confident copy of Antonio Stradivari, that was built in the renowned German region of violin making around Markneukirchen in the 2000's. It was made by Münzner, whos Kunstgeigenbau workshop still exists today. A powerful instrument that has all the qualities modern Markneukirchen master violins are appreciated for - golden-brown varnish over a golden ground with covers the remarkably regular, medium grained spruce of the top. The two piece back is made of deeply flamed maple full of character. Like all stringed instruments from us, this undamaged instrumente received a complete workover and high quality set up by our luthiers and is offered ready to play. It demonstrates its high quality by unfolding a large, mature, powerful sound, that is precise and clear; with interesting bright notes and good resonance it is rich in overtones especially in higher ranges, well-balanced and full of individual character. Offered at a price way below common prices for contemorary instruments of similar quality.
