This extraordinary good sounding old violins, No. 322 made for the renowed Hamma & Co. Stuttgart, is a good instrument made in Markneukirchen (Vogtland). The violin bears the dated label of Hamma & Co. Stuttgart, it is a handmade piece made in 1955, the model after Stradivarius. Its warm, bright sound is clear and open in the upper ranges, warm and strong in the lower ranges. The sound is well balanced and of good strength and perfectly suitable for orchestra players. This attractive quality instrument has obviously been well taken care of: it is preserved in excellent, crackfree condition with hardly any signs of use. The violin has been completely worked over in our atelier and is offered ready to play.
