Sweet sounding violin. Berman-bohemian

A sweet souding and very beautiful old german/bohemian violin on the model of Guarnerius. The violin was made around 1940. The top is made of medium to wide grained spruce, the two piece back of medium to wide flamed maple. The varnish is of an intense orange/brown color over a golden yellow ground. The reddish fingerboard is probably rosewood. The violin is crackfree, undamaged and in immediate playing condition. The bridge and soundpost are by Anton Sprenger, Mittenwald.
