German orchestra violin, Mittenwald

This older German violin is perfectly suitable for orchestral use. The violin was built in the second half of the 20th century and is a piece of solid craftsmanship. This attractive and well preserved violin is covered with a beautiful golden-brown varnish with subtle antiqueings that bears only a few traces of use. The accurately made purfling shows a routined hand, the elegant and well-carved scroll and the cleanly cut soundholes determine the very attractive appearance of the violin. It has been completely worked over and set up by our experienced luthier and is offered ready to play. Clear and strong is this good German violin´s lovely voice that unfolds with good strength.
